  1. Embarrassing event. Didn’t have enough dirt to cover kitchen scraps. Bugs got in, little flying bugs. I got more dirt and buried it all. Is it safe to plant?

  2. Hello,
Your video appeared in my newsfeed. Great info! I have tried gardening in 5 gal buckets, but the darn squirrels 🐿 demolish everything😢 How can I keep the squirrels🐿 out of my garden?

  3. Love your vids. Instead of throwing that blue one away, cut those kind down to a really strudy tray for hold small pots and transplants and such. 😎👍🐶

  4. On a side note about why you don't wanna use clear containers for gardening is …..well so I've heard is because the sun will cook the roots!
But you can also turn them upside down for a greenhouse effect!!!
    Great vid Robbie 🎁🧨🎂

  5. Some people just can't think outside the box are afraid to fail. I have a container that i had for 8 years and it is still fine. Know if tou buy clear totes those will become brittle and break 1 or two years.

  6. Bonus points if you can get metal containers for free. I've seen 18 wheeler containers for free the only downside is you need to have a lot of land.

  7. Why don’t you just make a beautiful ground garden? Sorry but I think that many containers and not matching looks junkie( no disrespect intended)

  8. I went to a local bakery and asked for their leftover ingredients buckets It's working out pretty well for me so far

  9. Obviously, you know what you're doing. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. Thank you!!!

  10. In the direct florida sun you will get about 3~5 years out of a typical 'box store' container unless you protect it from UV by covering the exposed plastic. The biggest problem with them is that you do not know what they are made of. They will leech anything from BPA to lead in any environment. A slightly better choice would be used food grade 5 gallon containers. You may be able to pick up some for very low cost of even free from a restaurant or bakery.

  11. I live in Riverside Ca, where could i find that kind of second hand containers, I could use a few, thank you.

  12. Is there any toxicity or danger of the plastic breaking down under UV and seeping into the plants in any way shape or form? New to gardening sorry for silly question

  13. Great videos, it depends on how much sun gets to the container. The sun destroys plastic. My older containers were made better than the newer ones.
