Good to see you starting your garden Linda. I would love to grow blueberries in a container. Is it true you need to plant them in pairs? What variety is that?. Thanks in advance.
How about turnips
Looks good
What do you use to fertilize your rhubarb? Thank you
What happened to Shotzy?
I went to the dump for the first time by myself too!!
Lol!
Great garden tour!
Wow, you got a lot done! What a beautiful garden! Great job!
You should do Perennials along the fence line. Or some beautiful annuals even like short sunflowers or hollyhocks or whatever. Love your beds, thank you for sharing!
Joli jardin bien entretenu ! Bravo ! Blessings from France !
Your garden tour is fantastic. thank you for the canning videos it helps out a lot to learn all about canning. In your video I saw your deer skull on your sofa and I remembered that you had A couple of hunted videos ,I’d like to ask if you would be doing another hunting video in the near future.
absolutely gorgeous garden Linda! I am going to start a garden this year in a raised bed. I have some physical disabilities that make it hard for me to garden, I was able to get a raised bed this year and Im so excited, still a little cold here in Kentucky but as we move into April and May we should be warming up.
Thyme comes back here in CO so it may come back for you
I think Ball has a leek and potato soup base that can be canned.
You have a beautiful garden space, I look forward to seeing it all grow
Yes use your leeks!
Looking forward seeing your garden grow and seeing all the wonderful dishes you will be making using your veg.
Linda I'm down in Vancouver and my thyme has been going strong for 8ish years so yours should do great too
You should grow grapes along the fence line for perennials fruit. I think perhaps some dwarf fruit trees wouldn't be bad?
OK, love the way your rocking the 50s/60s country western hairstyle!
Swiss chard and leeks….hmmmm. Yes please.
Linda, most thyme is cold-hardy to Zone 5 with a little winter protection. If your Rosemary came back, your thyme should be fine. Your garden looks beautiful. Enjoy the season! 💕😊
Beautiful garden fertilized with love!
Probably a chipmunk digging. They are such pests in ohio
Hi,
This was great.. Good for you..The Leeks will dehydrate for you..I make a leek powder for adding to soup, quiche, cream pasta/cream sliced potatoes..The tops can be dehydrated also, then get your food processor to chop the then finely like parsley.. Adds to most savory foods Stores great.. See what you think!! Kindness your way Lochness Scottish Highlands..
I've done that with my phone too. I hate that. :/ Great garden. I have seeds in our new grow house and I hope I have a great garden this year. I will be canning a lot of it if so. Thanks for the video.
Where’s your dog
Garden looks good…..
Didn't you have chickens?
Hey Linda 👋 In the narrow space along your back fence, you could plant peas and beans. The fence makes a perfect structure to protect them and allow them support to grow. And as you said, mulch will keep the weeds at bay. Your garden is absolutely beautiful. I'd be 100% happy with a glass of wine on a summer evening sitting there. You should be very proud of you oasis. Take care and all the best from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤
