All 10 segments are just chock full of great information. I will have to watch these a few times to absorb the amount of info he gives. Big thumbs up for Bob Webster.

This requires a 2-part reply… I hear ya, RedField! Good thing is you're young & wise enough to recognize you don't wanna be locked into a dead-end, soul-sucking job. I'm kind of in the same place, but I'm older. If I were you, I'd stick with your natural talents & find your niche. Then find a successful person doing what you're striving to be & get them to be your mentor. I wonder where'd I be if I was a young part-time worker @ Shades of Green & learned from them. Its never 2 late to start.
Part II… If I remember correctly, Bob started out learning from his grandfather in his greenhouse. Later in his school years, he raised orchids & sold'em to local nurseries & flower shops. He also had a mentor (Altin Grim) and took off from there. Bob's background is a research biologist. So find a successful mentor & shadow them. Also realize what you learn in college in no way foretells what your ultimate career / labor of love will be. Get started today & keep moving forward. Good luck!
