Today we are taking one step closer to getting ready for the fall garden! Silage tarping a large section of the yard to prepare it for a no till garden. The fall garden seeds are starting to arrive in the mail and I’m making plans for the next season in our new garden.

  1. New subscriber. Just wanted to stop and say Hello! I got some plastic sheeting as well. I wanted to try the same thing for a new garden. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Hi Anna! Your place is looking FANTASTIC! You have done soooo much in such a short amount of time! Love your inspiration on the seed starter mix…GREAT idea! I too try to find cheaper alternatives to do the same job as the expensive counterparts so I REALLY appreciate you sharing your ideas and your money saving finds. I have had a broad fork in my Amazon cart for about 6 months wondering if my short wide butt could operate the darn thing, lol. Watching you use yours gave me a realistic preview of a REAL person using one…I'm gonna save up and get it. I am excited for you that you got yours!!!! I love your positivity, experimentation, and ingenuity! I covet your energy level, LOL! Have a great week and thanks for the video!

  3. I hear you on the watering lol. We were finally able to get the cpvc parts to plumb in an outside spicket that was here when we got this place. We have 2 hoses we found in the trash that gets the water to part of our gardens. Then we use jugs to water the rest. It's been a huge relief to have them though!!!

  4. G'day Anna, that's going to be a great size garden area. Cool broad fork that's going to be a great work out 😁
Good idea with the seed mix that will save you a lot. Keep up the great work, stay safe and God bless you guys. 🦘👍

  5. Hi, friend. Just trying to take a minute to get caught up on what's happening on your homestead. I'm so jealous of that stevia, I managed to kill ours off. Can't wait to see how you use the harvest! And seriously, seed starting mix is a racket!
