“For ten years now, the city-dweller wants to live outdoors, he needs it, it’s his lungs, his oxygen, he needs to be able to get away from his everyday life where he lives the whole year round between 19�C and 25�C, in air conditioning, in which all he does is pressing buttons of his computer, smartphone and coffee machine. His biological clock needs to get back to an authentic natural sensations and he finds that in the garden.”
