Thanks for the great tips. Someone else had talked about using a ketchup bottle for watering succulents and cacti and I had forgotten. I see a trip to the dollar store in my future. Thanks again for these great ideas.

Hey thanks for making another video! What medium so you use as a top dressing?
I use those trays for soil preparation but Ive never thought to use them as a plant container , I think I'm gonna plant my hens and chicks in one of those , I get those from Home Depot for 3.50 dlls and they're very good quality plastic and last virtually forever, they only come in black thought what I think it's the best color for plant containers

I noticed with your chicks & hens, the soil looks like gravel? Is that a preferred medium when these plants are on outdoor soil too?
