  1. You are one of very few people who talk about Egyptian spinach. I really want to grow some but couldn't find the information I want, last summer I tried and they didn't do well. I grow in containers on a deck so I don't have a diverse ecosystem, this year I am focusing on attracting beneficial insects. The Egyptian spinach had black aphids and black spots on the leaves that might be viral/bacterial/fungal, I got a handful of healthy leaves to add to a salad but not enough to cook in the traditional Egyptian way.

  2. Another great video John! I wonder what or how do you eat Santa Rosa and foti? I have both of them but don’t know how to prepare to eat and how much can you consume? Thank you in advance!

  3. How do you clone the Asian greens? A machine? I just bought Tong Ho (chrysanthemum leaf) and yam leaf, and would like to grow more from the cuttings. I really appreciate your videos. Keep up the good work.

  4. Can anyone suggest the best free plant identification app for Android. Thanks! I had "picture this" but my 7 free days Ran out. That app is worth the money- but I'm tapped out from all the dirt I've been buying:/

  5. I love your videos!
but I wish they were shorter since I don’t have the time to watch a 30+ video at once

  6. Hey you are the discount juicer guy!! I used your review to buy my omega vsj843 vertical slow juicer and it's amazing !!!

  8. This is always a pleasure. Inspiration for my patio patch. Too much great info 😄 have to come back & take notes

  9. Ohhh I love that wall of trelises!!! so pretty. I love vines of all kinds 😀

"It's a dry heat" ahahaha still hot, no thank you!!! hahaha.

I heard how great purslane is, so I decided last year I would put it in a pot, and keep and eat it. And I haven't found a single one this year ahahhaa

  10. Calcium oxalate is one of two major causes of kidney stones. Just drink a lot of water and liquid to urinate more to flush them out before they accumulate in your kidney.

  11. Hey John you should check out my garden. I took a space behind a hotel dumpster and have turned it into a watermelon patch, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, cucumbers, and cantaloupe. I live in Las Vegas.

  12. One of my problems is that my plants grow too big!
    Crazy problem,I know.
But I have a very small place to grow. I had a sage take over half my birdie garden bed. A tarragon and a Heather took over half of my second. I only have space for 2 beds.
