Dude seriously all the haters in the comments, everyone wants to be rich but nobody wants to put in the work. As a landscaper, non landscapers don't understand just how much matierials cost, how much your trees cost, how much your pavers cost, how much cement costs, how much boulders cost how much it costs to have 20 tons of rock ordered and delivered plus the cost of labor to move those 20 tons just for a 94 foot by 17 foot area and yes it will take almost all of those 20 tons to cover that square footage. 5he matierials alone cost way more than people think and depending on how good of a job you want done you're going to pay about 15 to 20% in labor. The haters should come work for me for a day and afterwards tell me they don't deserve that much in pay. The haters themselves probably never hauled 20 tons of rock in a wheel barrow up and down 40% grades in their entire life. To the haters next time you see a landscaper you should see what their house looks like what cars they drive and ask them what their bank accounts look like. It's a 6 figure plus job for a reason.

I mean you got 140 in 15 days, I’m not hating on that. I live in Ohio and have done concreting, and it’s easily a third the cost here, but again that’s because California is rediculous. For 140k I would go buy 100 acres in Alaska off the coast and build my own homestead because country boys do be that way.
