http://davewirth.blogspot.com/2014/08/easy-landscape-block-wall-and-mulch.html This was our weekend project to the front yard of our house. For under $200 we installed a new cement block wall, mulch and bushes. It was hard work but it makes the house look a whole lot better. Easy Landscape – Block Wall and Mulch.

Enjoyed the video,thanks for sharing
That turned out very nice! Good job. My question for you is why did you have to use the stones? I have almost a clay type dirt here where I live. Would I need them for that? We are thinking of doing much the same thing as you did.
Thank you. Good to know. I'm new to this and wouldn't even have considered the freeze/thaw issues. Way more to it than you think!
Great job !!!! Simple easy tutorial…. like how you give repeated list of materials. Wish I could get those prices here in Trinidad..😁
No safety gear…. Jesus man
What is the gravel for?
why do you need gravel under the stones?
Did the gravel help with drainage? Nice job!
It looks stellar! Great idea!
Nice job buddy. To hell with OH&S, hey?
Nice! Don't put plastic bags down, not the same as landscape fabric…use newspaper!
I absolutely love the fact you used gravel underneath the stone edging. I hate when people don't and end up with uneven edging a year later. Have you thought about burying the drain pipe under some more gravel, fabric, then mulch and stones to hide it?
Looks good but why didn't you interlock the blocks so you don't have the big rear gap beside the blocks, thats why the blocks have a small end and a larger one, this would avoid the large gap between them…just wondering if you were aware of this, just reverse every other block…
well done, dude
Thats an edging not a wall.
Looks good, I rather be barefooted makes me feel comfortable.
Great work
Hey man , how much of the border stone
What kind of flower/grass plant is that to the right of your house?
That downspout tho…
Fred Flintstone, where's your shoes…..
U wear gloves but not shoes? U country lol
Did you use 1.5 in of stone or 3 in? What kind of stone is it?
Great video keep it up looking forward for more landscaping videos
You guys did a GREAT job! Looks awesome!
Great weekend project with excellent results!
7 bags of gravel, I was surprised. Thought it would have been more. Nice work
Good job and you kept your toes.. barefoot all the way!
Why no protective shoes
Ur seriously working BAREFOOT???
So you’ll wear gloves but not shoes?
I love that you're barefoot for the whole project!! 🥰
Nothing beats swinging an axe as hard as you can at the ground while barefoot! 😂
