Oh yum, fresh shutdown spinach with butter & sea salt and cracked black pepper. A little grated parmesian cheese too. I can surely eat a whole bunch of that. Some like vinegars but I don't.

Yum! Fresh spinach!! Your garden looks fantastic!!! I took your science project advice and planted onions that were sprouting from my cupboard and they are growing great! So the only thing I ‘harvested’ so far was some onion top clippings to sauté up in my omelette. They’re delicious! We also have resident Robins that nest in our rhododendrons every year. 3 little hatchlings!! 😁

My spinach harvest is small, but I eat it raw in salads. I have plenty of fancy garden lettuce to eat and give away and kale. I enjoy your videos.

Your spinach looks lovely. I planted mine, thought they were going to die after several frost hit. They survived and was really tender and sweet. Gave a taste to one of my patients, she said," oh my, that is Delicious and tender". I love your channel

We had a milder, temp wise, Spring this year. Still several lows at night in the
30's, but only 2 mild frosts. Anxious to get planting we put in a 4×4' bed of Spinach.
Hammerhead, 2 seeds per hole, 4" grid. Never grew Spinach before. NOW, looking
for recipes as all the seeds germinated, yeah, 2 per every 144 holes!

I made a Lasagna with a thick layer of Baby Spinach. I put it in raw with par cooked noodles so the Water from it finished the noodles with no extra Water.
It came out perfectly 🐦.
I'm finally getting my soil amended so I'll be ready with bells on 🙌.
