#goprotimelapsevideo#frontyardtimelapse This property was having water damage problem in the basement, due to lack of proper water proofing on exterior front foundation wall wich is built on cinder block, as you all know cinder block with out a moisture barrier is just a giant water filtration, with causes mold. so proper moisture barrier was installed, and in order to do it, the whole front garden was destroyed, So we graded it to its original level and replaced existing red gravel with 3/4 river round from a local vendor in hunter don area. all and all come out great as you can see here on this time lapse… lots of hard labor. but at the end customer loved it.
