Front Yard Garden Tour | the Beginning!

The Front Yard Garden is getting a makeover. Last year it was neglected and this year I am determined to get it ship-shape. this is a Front Yard Garden tour at the beginning of the season so you can follow along as it progresses.

Though I have a million ideas running through my head I am trying to be mindful of my long-range goal.

I am getting older and I want to aim for easier maintenance. So with that in mind, I am going for perennials and/or shrubs that will return and look great year after year with less attention.

There will always be annuals as there are so many I do enjoy. I have so much in mind for this area and I hope you will join me for the transformation over the summer.

I garden in Zone 8 but I have a relatively short growing season because of where I am located in the mountains. Gardening here is a challenge but learning about and adapting to your local conditions keeps it interesting.
