  7. Hello. Robbie & Kitty from southern Cali. Nora here. what is in the purple containers? Aww Kitty is so Adorable. I was telling my husband. I Love that lil Kitty. Now Kitty has competition. She says whatsup with that Mommy Skinny Broccoli ? We have been busy gathering containers seeds and cheap soil and lil sifters strainers. The Thrift store gave us some free see through totes, because they have no lids. and they were throwing them out. I asked are you throwing those away? Yes they said . And i asked can i have them?sure the lady said, there,s no lids. I said no matter, i,ll take them. 5 free Totes today. Plus i hit a 50 % off sale I found some garden shoes and clothes good to use while we do our garden totes. And some Garden magazines. Hopefully we can get going on this when the weather permits. Take care and be well.

  8. Thanks so much for your honest video! So often garden videos show only picture perfect plants- & lead to disappointment for us when our stuff doesn't look perfect! Yours is a far more realistic portrayal of gardening! Thanks again- I'm using your bin planting method for sweet potatoes, green onions & herbs. ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒป

  9. Robbie your garden is looking good for winter, I would love to see a hummingbird nest in my yard.

  10. Hi Robbi ! I cant wait to play in the garden. We still have snow. I do like the idea of allowing the birds to have their own brocholli plant. Yellow finches are so sweet to watch, I guess I will copy that idea from you too ! But I am starting carrott seeds indoors for now. HHave a great sunny day !

  11. Hi Robbie & Gary,
Great seeing you and that you both are feeling better. Love your videos!Youโ€™re the BEST! I would like to know where do you get your walking onions? I was not successful last year. I will really appreciate your help.โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’

  12. I love you and Gary…. God bless both of you richly….๐Ÿ›โœ๏ธ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’๐Ÿง๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿง๐ŸŒต

  13. I call breeding male finches "horny boy finch". I LOVE their color. "My" black-headed grossbeaks should be here soon. (Santa Clarita). I like their call. I can hear them on the feeder.
I only started caring about the birds last year when I retired. Now I am their overlord. Lol

  14. I just found your videos and Iโ€™m loving them. I notice your tote are color can I use clear? They are cheaper than the color ones here

  15. Oh no kitty has competition. I bought carnation seeds and they are about one inch tall hope fully. They continue us to grow and I'll have a plant.

  16. Thank you so much For all the great information. I am learning so much and getting ready to use all that I have learned watching your videos!

  17. Robbie, I love your enthusiasm. It seems like you're always happy, even with hail hitting your deck garden! I have a deck garden in zone 5 Missouri, and it is frozen solid right now. But I've got seeds going all over the house and am tweaking my garden a bit for this year. I appreciate how you love all your wildlife, and seem connected to it. Beautiful! My gardening style is a lot like yours, stuff everywhere, projects everywhere, but happiness all around! Can't wait to get those plants out and growing. Best wishes to you and Gary.๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’–

  18. I also wanted to say that, even though you and Gary got COVID, the food you are growing and eating I'm sure helped you have a milder case of COVID. As we get older, we need all this good food to strengthen our immune system. Don't forget to mention that fact in your videos! Thank you for all you do!

  19. We live in Inland Empire and have has awful freezing night. Lost so many plants can't cover everything or move all pots. Sad to see black mushy plants. Love your videos have followed many of your suggestions.

  20. 15:50 to 16:27
Kitty being mercilessly teased by Robbie waving broccoli around!

    ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„
    Sweet patient little pup.๐Ÿค—

  21. Oh my goodness so glad I found your channel. I love everything you show us, about the hummingbirds, about your garden and on what your birdies like and most of all, seeing your sweet Yorkie baby. Yes I'm obsessed about Yorkies, ever since our little guy showed up as a stray in our neighborhood 3 1/2 years ago and I never knew anything about them and what I know about them now. I'm for life a Yorkie Mom/Lover and I get so excited seeing your sweet baby in your videos. Thank you sweet Lady.
