  1. water them in the morning. but put your finger about an inch in the soil in its really wet still dont water, if it just kinda damp and you live in a hotter area water them. if you water them in the evening the tomato can crack because they went through a hot day with less water then if you water them they absorb the water and crack. also if you over water tomatoes they have a less powerful flavor.

  2. Your raised bed is one of the best made I have seen so far on youtube if not the best well made, the wood and the connecting metal is so well polished and finished. Are they made or bought?

  3. Our gardener is in the hospital and his wife has a "black thumb", everything she touches in the garden eventually dies…. I'm all alone for now with 13 plots to seed.
Wish me luck and hoping for volunteers, soon. And you forgot birds. While we're weeding and prepping compost, they're plotting where to attack first after we go home, lol.

  4. Nice video! My name is Jeff and I am a organic garden/green thumb enthusiast! I make gardening videos here on YouTube, and it would make my day if you could take the time to check out my channel! Thank you so much for your time! Keep it Green and Keep it Growing! : )

  5. This basic information on starting a vegetable garden is not only applicable to beginners but it is also helpful to homeowners who has a vacant space in their yard. Why not create your own and make your home green? Try it!

  6. I agree, but isn't there a fourth concern? Bugs and other wildlife, can be a real pain, and although the garden starts off well, it always seems after a little while pests, either insects that eat the plants or large animals, find out about your garden and go to town.  I guess that depends some on where you live, but down here in Florida, it seems to be a constant issue.

  7. Nice video it is. I know, to gardening of veges are not easiest thing to do. The way you explain, is become easy to do for me. I think if I apply same thing in gardening other things, I can get benefits for sure.
