I learned also that tomatillos are good to grow because they will protect your lettuce. The bugs will eat the leaves of the tomatillos (which is not why we grow them anyway) and leave the lettuce alone.

I saw you crossed off strawberry for mulberry. I just wanted to sqy you can grow strawberries in fl. I live in vero beach and there is a huge strawberry farm right next to me. Its just all about variety. 😊
