For beginners, hibernation or dormancy means a period of inactivity where all the processes like growth are slowed down something like a suspended animation. But outdoor plants are more prone to winter attacks than indoor plants.     my deliema

    i have replanted.rose plant from nursery to my 10" plastic pot recently on 9 nov 2019 delhi, india

    . i have water it competely and does not add any water for next 3 days. it is placed in morning sunlight and get it 3-4 hours sunlight. i have also make 3 holes in the plastic pot in 180 degree angle and water is also drainaing from them.

    but even after my soil is still wetty…
    which is surely. turning my rose leaves to yellow

    sir ..can i use soldering iron for drying the excess moisture from flower pot ….means puting the soldering tip in top.soil in few places so that it can evaporate the moisture….can i try it .

  7. Hi I've live in the UK we have been having alot of rain recently and as you know it's our winter season . I have two potted Cordylines which are just about over a meter tall. How do I protect them from the harsh weather. As I don't seem to he getting chance for them to dry out.

  9. I don't recommend bringing them into your home if you don't have a garage. You will bring in slugs that are hiding and their eggs. Also there are many insects that hide in the dirt. I would suggest clean dirt. So you don't have these things crawling around your home.
