Love the painting and hearing about your process
Contemplation color palette was done really well and love to see the diversity, and typically when I see darker skins painted white is leaned on too much and then the skin tone kinda looks ashy, but you really captured a good tone, actually the picture kinda reminds me of my uncle. Question, how do you plan on practicing with different lighting?
