So in our new house, we have a very small backyard with no existing garden, so I made use of some styrofoam boxes and started a cheap and productive container garden using them.

Can i grow Mint plant in Styrofoam boxes?????
I love what you did, it looks very neat! Question did you have a sudden urge to get a haircut while doing the video? I had to rewind to make sure I wasn't having vision issues. 🙂
Did this thermocol won't destroy/pollute the soil?
Why aren’t you on Instagram ?
thanks bro
I didn't know others do it too😀 I have been growing all my herbs like this for many many years now!
Whats the ratio for soil, org matter etc?

Styrofoam box is safe for garden?
Does there have to be holes in the bottom? I live in a second story apartment and am unsure of how to make sure my balcony floor is protected, as well as all the car ports bellow!
Hi what are the trace elements you add please?
Thanks for the video man it's very helpful.. I was worried that these foam boxes are not safe for planting and I was searching for infos and I saw your video and I'm like oh yes I'm not alone😁💝.. CHEERS MATE..
I put my first stage of 1-2 weeks growth in unused pots and then pulled out some styrofoam boxes and am readying them for 2nd stage of the plants growth , i planted radish , 2 bean varieties and then a tamarind sapling and some chilli saplings, i am regularly watering the seeds and saplings, this is my first time gardening so i am really excited and wanna do more gardening as well in the coming year.
Cute boy with cute ideas
Here in US those boxes are not cheap and never free (((
Thank you for inspiring me. I am also growing vegetables in containers. I am also uploading agriculture related vlogs. Godbless
HII….FROM INDIA. NICE VIDEO BRO
How much compost and trace elements do you use?
I am trying to prepare a little box garden on my balcony but I am still unsure how many space the plants need. For example the pak choi you planted – is that enough space for them when they are planted in a box with so many other plants?
Thank you and greetings from Germany 🙂
Many thanks. Very useful and practical
Superb 👍👍👍

I love everything about your ideas, my friend. I shall start the same but tomorrow, I shall cut the fish boxes each one into two parts, then, start my garden in spaceless spaces.
Welcome to my house to be a garden master. I'm always single all alone. 🤝💛🙏 NE🇮🇳
Is it save to use them for edible garden? I have styrofoam boxes in my garage too but i'm not sure to use it as a raised bed for growing vegges
If you have chooks though, better not use styrofoam boxes as they like to eat them.
Haha I love the haircut quarter way through the video.
Hi..I took free foam boxes from Pack n Save for my seedlings and cuttings. It's look dirty by time. Now I took the new lot to replace them. The question is how to get rid or destroy the old foam boxes.
Hm and size
Well done Jacob, does the polystyrene deteriorate after a short time ? 🙂

Great Information mate. Are you from Australia ? Did you buy these trace elements from Bunnings ? What other fertilizers did you use ?
Did you add potash and sulfur to the potting mix ?
