  1. Ayyy big ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ train for the Boss!

  2. My eggplants didn't make it this year 😪 I planted them too close to my okra, and just didn't get the sun they needed. Live and learn; next season I'll do better.

  3. This is the third year tried growing eggplant in a container. But not as healthy looking as your eggplant, don't know what I am doing wrong 🤔🤔🤔

  4. I've been watching you for years and you're always teaching me something new. I appreciate you. Hope Tuck is well 💋 What is your favorite all-purpose fertilizer??

  5. 💞💖💞 Love 🐶 Tuck 💞 💖💞

And, I've just now got eggplant forming. It was a brutal Summer ☀️

  6. James, Curious are you planting out around now in New Jersey I am in Oregon few weeks still before first frost just wondering if this is a good time for me to start my seeds as well as my last frost is still quite a ways to go thank you

  7. i would like to know how you eat egg plants. i would try growing them if i knew what to do with them. if you tell us how you use all that cabbage too. i use one a week if i really work at eating it. i don't see how you eat all that food. the only veg i didn't get enough of this year was tomatoes, of all things. they get real big but stay green forever. i have even started to fry them green.

  8. Always love your content and enthusiasm , got a lot out it this season (2022) , first yr with raised beds . They did very well except the weather at the end of the season super sucked , got too cold and very wet all at once way too early . November weather before trees even started to change color 😒🤮🥶

  9. It's supposed to get down to 36 overnight in a few days (Burlington County, NJ) – is that close enough to a frost that I should make sure to pick all my remaining tomatoes that day, or is it ok to leave them to ripen more? Thank you for another wonderful video!

  10. Thank you, thank you, thank you James. You are such a blessing 😀
    TUCK!!!!!!!!❤❤❤

  11. Hey James, We love the long thin varieties and for three years we had plants that grew but flowered so late there was no fruit before the first frost. This year was similar but we had two fruits make it to about 5" long the day of the first frost. So I have hope for next year. I will try the steps you spoke of here and will bookmark this video for 2 months before my frost date on the calendar to go back and watch it. So I will have two weeks to get everything prepared. Thank you for the video

  12. Hi James ! Love your videos. Please help settle a bet. Is Tuck an Aussie or a Yorkie ? Or something else ?

  13. Just about all bagged soil is garbage now, even Happy Frog. They add rocks, trash, plastic bits, lots of wood, into the mix.

  14. Wow, very impressive eggplants. They do require so much heat. Ours just got too cold over our cold spring this year and took too long to flower.

  15. Out of all the nightshades, I seem to have the most trouble getting eggplant seeds to germinate. I've heard that wet paper towel germination in a warm location is useful for pepper seeds, but would this also work for eggplants?

  16. I love slicing up eggplant into large round circles and frying them up on the BBQ, it seems to really draw the flavour out of them when you fry them. Tasty AF!
