This video is exactly what I’ve been looking for: shows the whole process rather than skipping the details.
Where do I get that brown plastic strip btw? I need that rather than paving stone
Hehe the shower at the end must of felt so nice
What are you putting along the edges?
Great tip on the lighter to soften the pipe. I just used it! Thanks. Got my benda board but it's going to be hard as there are a lot of rocks in the soil here. I like how you bury it about 1/2" deeper for mowing purposes too. I think I'm going to angle from the flower bed next to the benda board so the mulch will be level with it Already moved the sprinkler heads. Great videos. Watched both you had with the benda board. Just wish my soil would cut and dig as easily as yours though.
Man you got skills. Are you a professional landscaper or do you just work on your home as a DYIer?
That was a satisfying video!
This is great. Digging in my yard it's like digging through cement. Clay, rocks, roots, etc. Takes hours just to remove an inch of soil from a small area.
So nice and neat you cut the lawn like slices of cheese and soil very dark and soft My lawn are big and deep roots the soil hard as rock
In Germany we do not have to put so much water to our gras to get it grown up but we have clean and suitable solution to have the best lawn edges possible 😉

I am sooo jealous of your soil. All I have is compacted CLAY.
Dethatch overseed.
Nice job!
Excellent work
Excellent job!
Perfect. Why won’t you link to the plastic edger?
Nice job 👍
How do you sharpen your shovel? That's what I need.
Enjoyed your video. Except when you placed the sprinkler head inside the grass area. I did a similar layout and broke two sprinkler heads with my rider mower. I always disliked driving directly over the heads but when you place the heads against the boarder, you have no choice. So I moved the heads to the opposite side of the boarder or edger (2" into the mulch area). It doesn't really change nothing as long as you make a slight sprinkler head adjustment. It's just one less thing to worry about. If you have a riding mower. Again enjoyed you video. Thanks.
I bet he folds his dirty laundry before he washes lol. All kidding aside great work
I didn't know ground like this existed.
Great job. Perfectly executed.
Where in the world do you live to have such dark soil? We have red clay here in North Carolina. You did a great job!
Had to revisit this video. Glad to see you used flexible pipe when relocating sprinklers. This has reassured me while making some changes to my sprinkler sys. Nice luxury to have over stiff PVC routing.
The OCD lawn perfection is off the charts!
man with a nice lawn: I want an even nicer lawn
This guy is very well organized and works so clean Flippen love it
You are so lucky have soft soil it perfect for lawn and easy to dig and manipulate. We have to deal with Indiana clay which is just like granite.
Wow Amazing Hard work
Grown up water 😂💦 party and that grass and soil😍
What were you using for the edging?
Thanks
You are a God damned Picasso! Beautiful work!!!
How does the sprinkler work then?? How is it plumbed into the main?? Or from the tap???
What sort of edging is it???
Very neat job! Well done!!
Beautiful work.
Great Great job man!
Imagine a life without roots and rocks! Stuff like this would be a breeze!
That shovel must have been sharpen, good clean cuts!
I’m searching for Bend A Board that you mentioned in someone else’s comment. Could you add the link to the edging product you use in the description of your video?
What kind of flexible boards are those that you’re using?
You’re HIRED!!! 😂
How is the sod coming up so easily?
Thanks for the video! I’m curious to what you filled the space with?
Nice job, very clean lines , you should be proud
I kno nothing about sprinklers or plumbing… But why not use PVC? PVC is all I ever seen sprinklers be done with minus soaker hose.
Can't believe how easy it was removing the sod and the quality of your soil. It was be way more difficult for me with the grass and soil I have. Enjoyable video but I am jealous of your great soil and ease of removing grass.
I only wish my grass was this easy to remove. My bahia grass down in Florida grows roots 6 inches down 😂 tough to remove
Definitely not Connecticut's soil. The end result is pretty neat.
