Most people don’t think much of the dandelion as just that, a weed. It’s hard to believe at first but dandelions have many medicinal use cases and the entire plant (from root to flower) can be used in a variety of dishes. They can also grow quickly and easily in any type of soil condition, making them an ideal beginner plant to try out.
