With electricity costs going up, it seems wood is still the most affordable way to heat a space in the house (preferably not the whole house, depending on the size of your house!) despite the cost of chopped wood nearly doubling from what I’ve heard from people who order wood last year. Personally I’m looking forward to enjoying the idea of a warm fire, watching the flames and cuddling up with the cats 🙂

You are right to have ordered a large quantity …. because if you have leftovers, your wood will be quite dry and with higher efficiency !
