Edible Air Potato (Dioscorea Bulbifera) Sprouting – Ninja Gardening – Episode 16

The Edible Air Potato is a climbing vine of the true yam family. It is cultivated to be non-toxic and has been selected for large edible bulbils. I was able to find two varieties named ‘Africa’ and ‘Hawaii’.
