that is an incredible amount of greens- i've been vegetarian for 20+ years and vegan for quite some time as well and have had tooth issues much of my life so have been experimenting with dairy as the book ramiel nigel's book about healing teeth suggests, but i'm guessing with all the greens you eat that's how you're keeping your teeth & bones healthy! all those happy alkaline minerals!! thanks- that's very inspirational & i'm going to have to go grow way more greens starting asap!!
