  1. I built this bridge and it is time consuming lol. I made the mistake of buying pre-cut lumber at home depot bc I was lazy. I only have a circular saw. Needless to say they are all off in size and I made a template to countersink my screws. They all were a little off. Luckily I was able to sand off a majority of the ends and make it line up 90% to each other.

My bridge was 5 feet long. Materials list:
    21 2Γ—4 Γ— 3 feet slats
    4 2×4 x4 feet hand rails
1 2Γ—10 x10 feet cut in half for stringers
2 1×4 x 8 feet cut at 5 ft lengths for top rail
2 1×2 x8 feet cut at 5 feet lengths for trim
    I used #10 screws x2 1/2
For top rails and trim I used my brad nailer and wood glue
Grey and white stain and sealers

    Total price around $150

    Tools
Circular saw, jigsaw, drill/driver, sander, clamps, brush
