I think judge Judy is getting a little old to be doing her job..she told the plaintiff someone in your family needs to learn how to drive* due to the tire marks in the yard ..the plantiff replied I just bought the house two weeks before..which I took that as maybe the tire marks were there because he maybe had a large moving truck perhaps on the lawn for heavy things to maybe move in or maybe not a large truck but a car was in the yard on purpose due to him moving things in just two weeks before the pic he presented was taken..then the judge suddenly switches and says I don't care about what it looked like two weeks before I wanna see what it looks like now. ..it's like she was confused .herself..she stay saying how her mind is sharp and how long she's been doing what she does. Her always throw those things up makes me think she's trying to convince herself about her abilities still.. really

You would be surprised by how much money you can make on labor gigs. If people want you to give them 2 choices straight bid for entire job or time and materials. They have to choose which they prefer and they can not change their minds half way through the job. I gave a lady that was working at the same school as my nephew that option she said how many hours will it take you. I said I couldn't answer that question that is why I give them the option of total price bid for a complete job. I would never be the type that would do a job by the hour and milk the job out to make more money. The woman chose my total bid instead of the hourly rate. She then said how long do you think you'll take to get the job done. I said I will start Monday morning and I should be done by the time you get home from work on Friday. Well if I do a bid job I want to do it with the least amount of hours to make more money in less hours. When she got home on Thursday afternoon I told her I was done with the job and I even took some things that were in her garage that I had to take to the dump. She said she thought I should give her some of the money back because it didn't take me the whole week. I said I was sorry but that was why I gave her two options. I said it would have taken me 5 days if I did it by the hour because I wouldn't have busted my butt like I did getting done a day earlier than expected I saved on vehicle expenses and gas.
