Setting Up & Planting Our New GreenStalk Container Garden

Welcome to Veggy 360. In today’s video, I will show you how to set up and plant in a GreenStalk Vertical Planter.

While you can use a variety of potting mixes in container gardens, I prefer using a potting mix that is based on Mel’s Mix. To make this mix, combine the following ingredients and mix thoroughly:
• 1/3 coarse grade vermiculite
• 1/3 compost
• 1/3 sphagnum peat or coconut coir (I prefer using both in a 50/50 blend)
