  1. Fiskars customer service is second to none which makes the product prices worth paying the extra for. This saw does have a missing safety feature though. It will fully close with one movement. Most pruning saws only go a half close so you don't have your fingers in the way. May sound petty but it's an easy thing to do and these things hurt if they catch your knuckles on closure. Otherwise though another quality item that works great

  2. I honestly hate mine lol, since the day i bought it the blade folds back without me pressing the button to make it do so, with very light pressure, i’d say less than 10lbs it does this so sawing branches are a pain
