This Is Borage 💙 Borago Officinalis
Borage or Star Flower, is a staple herb in our kitchen garden, that we use year around here on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. It’s a self-seeding annual that the bees adore.

Borage has So Many Uses!! It’s properties have been recorded in literature all the way back to Ancient Rome.
You’ll find borage pops up often in European witch lore, so grow some for your spell crafting too.

We use borage in our home garden to attract pollinators and as both food and medicine.
