Our new build is not in Arizona, we are in Texas. Is turf pretty common in Arizona? I’ve never seen it here, it seems pretty awesome! Hopefully low maintenance?
I am getting a patio home so not much front yard with landscaping and a small backyard! Closing date is around mid November. Locked in rate and ready for the home stretch! Not looking forward to be moving 23 years of stuff but glad to be getting out of my current house since it’s one story. I have always wanted to live in a 2 story so getting the chance now before my last retirement home which will need to be one story. Still having crazy issues with builder but trucking along.. thanks for your vid- what a transformation of your backyard will be, particularly for the boys! Hooray!!!!

It’s been 3 year’s and my kids don’t ever play in the backyard since their trampoline has been removed lol. Can’t wait to see the outcome of your backyard it’s going to look amazing!
