So many issues-do they have gnats and mosquitoes in LV? They definitely have prehistoric grass hoppers that thing was huge. I will finish with what looked like the front yard?! A steep incline down to some highway 😂 yeah I want to live there.

Let say the exterior of the home is breathtaking. That being said I believe the exterior is what’s going to sell the home. Besides the garage and the primary bedroom and bathroom, I felt let down. The bed rooms and bathroom feel too small and the Kitchen was a heartbreaking letdown. For a pricetag of 1.6 million and with an exterior that look that amazing you would hope the the interior would just as beautiful. I would offer 1.2 and invest the rest of the money and remodel the interior. But that’s just my opinion.

The exterior is the best the house is choppy and not really functional like ya said the half bath should have a shower in it. I can figure out why they didn't actually put a proper closet in each room. Even though it's a house that requires less furniture. The moving container looks like it doesn't have all of that much stuff already in it. They apparently didn't use the garage as a actual garage for vehicles except the UTV.

Hey Chakits 👋🏽👋🏽 The backyard to this home is truly a oasis love it but it looks like your neighbors can’t see you down in your backyard. The home itself is much too dark for me and it needs a lot of updates. The kitchen is too small is at home.
