Favorite Specialty Pumpkin Varieties of 2022, and a few new ones for 2023! Growing for Market

In this video I share my favorite specialty pumpkins that I grew in 2022 and some new ones that I will be trying for 2023! I grow pumpkins to sell at the farmer’s market, so I look for unique, small to medium sized pumpkins that people can easily carry home with them!

  1. Thank you for your post! I love pumpkins and you have inspired me to grow pumpkins next year…dilemma is…which ones do I want to grow? 😊

  2. This was a great video and I’m inspired to plant more pumpkins! Thanks for the tips, as always.

  3. Wow, I am totally impressed with this video. It was edited perfectly. I am now sold on wanting to grow some of these varieties.

  4. Hi Christina, great video about the pumpkins! How are you dealing with pests? We have squash vine borer in Canada that usually kills my squash plants before I get to harvest them. I’d like to try and grow the pumpkins, but too scared to loose them to pests… Any tips? Also would like to know how you prep the beds for your pumpkins. Thanks!

  5. Decorative pumpkins are not really a thing in Australia but I'm sure that is changing. Are these mainly decorative or can you eat them as well?
