John 7:37-39
King James Version
37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
It's so refreshing to see a young couple that's grounded and down to earth and willing to work hard to achieve their goals in life. Not like so many young people that feel they are intitled and want instant gratification.

Did you take any inspiration for your build or type of build from other Container Home Youtube channels such as Life Uncontained or Pacific Pines Ranch. Was this the catalyst for your build or had you always wanted to build a container home. Thank you from the French Pyrenees.
Can't wait for skirting to start
love that blue
Here's a tip I have used for years to help start a nice hot fire quickly. After you have used a chainsaw on logs, most people will split some up depending on the size. Take one log. Split it in four pieces. Now take each of those four pieces and split it again in three to four pieces so you have "sticks". Grab a container. It doesn't matter what you use. Let's say a 5 gallon bucket. That log you just split and split again with have 12 to 16 pieces so you can do it to a few more logs. Put then in the bottom of your bucket standing up. Now pour over your leftover vegetable oil. From french fries for example. That wood will soak up that oil.
Then when you are ready to start a fire, you can take four of those sticks and put them in your woodburner. Stack some other split wood on top. Light those four ends with the oil soaked in and you have instant flame.
Someone said "your whole house will smell like frenchfries". It shouldn't or you might want to check the seals of your woodburner. If that smell is escaping then CO2 might also. Always have a smoke and co2 detector in your home.
I've seen people use paper to start a fire or dried bark or even charcoal lighter fluid. I have a bucket with a lid on it and works well to pour the oils down over the sticks. You don't need to dump a gallon , just some leftover oil 3 or 4 cups will coat all that wood and fall to the bottom to soak in.
It's coming together beautifully!!
You guys are doing a great job on your home thanks for video
My grandpa and I built a house that I lived in for 20 years. I love watching you two learn new skills and grow together. Sorry to tell you though, because you are building it, it will never be done. ๐ It's a never ending life of projects. Keep up the great work and we are all watching for the next adventure.
What about one of those fireplace fans to help blow the heat around? ๐๐จ๐ฆ
Hi! Watched you on tiktok for a bit but new to your channel. 1st can we see your dog? ๐ 2nd does the height of your house make you nervous? I'd feel nervous lol just because it's still so open atm

Parchment Paper works better than aluminum foil in the oven. No mess ever left on the pan.
I have been watching your YouTube channel for some time now, and I have to say that you two make a wonderful couple and wonderful working companions. However, I did notice that you pulled the Romex cable through a sharp metal opening, and I believe there should be a Romex connector guarding the wire against the sharp edges? I always thought you never put a Romex cable through a metal hole without a Locknut Cable Clamp. Just food for thought on my part. I love you guys and love every episode.
Could you use your excuse steel as skirting?
Where did you get the lights for the gutters Iโve seen one company but theyโre sold out everywhere call govee
Concrete countertops are less expensive than anything else, and pretty easy to do yourself. Here's how we did ours. https://youtu.be/Nq2En2J_jpQ
Nice work on everything! ๐
Butcher block is unsanitary you constantly have to use bleach to clean cuts and nicks on it thatโs why your butchers use solid service counter tops and moves if seen wooden handle knives sit for a week and open up a wax paper cover from my grandfather that was used knives that were given to him from a butcher friend of his and it had maggots in the handle
I have a question for you. I remember an episode when you are on TikTok that showed you bought metal kitchen cabinets and weโre very excited about them. Now I see in your cabinets it looks like wood cabinets. Can you tell us what happened with the metal did they not work?
