  1. Good to see you again. Your wips look amazing as always ❤️. Love the plans for 2023! You should be able to get quite a bit done on your projects. I hope you have a great couple of weeks, stay safe and happy stitching ❤️

  2. The castle turret that's unfinished looks like a snowman face. That's fun. I enjoyed seeing knitting woman and your quilt prep. Always good to get a visit with you, on 36ct evenweave would you use 1 or 2 strands? I have a lot of large full coverage and medium ones but I don't have very many small projects. I really like large full coverage. I don't have rules for myself. I just stitch what I want until I'm ready to switch.

  3. Great episode once again💖. Starting new cross stitch patterns are soooo easy and exciting. I have started about 30 charts which are mainly beautiful ladies. Love the beautiful gowns. The problem is I am 70 years old and started cross stitch too late in life. I dabble in patchwork as well and love knitting and crochet. Days far too short. Going to start a diary, never thought about using one before, you have inspired me to do that. To keep track so that you feel that you are getting progress. I too cannot stay with one piece all the time, I do like to rotate. Which of cause I need to include my knitting and crochet. Teaching my granddaughter to cross stitch because she will be the one that will inherit everything I do not get finish. She is not impressed. 😂God bless and see you next time.

  4. I watched your wip parade in one day. You were my very first flosstuber. I didn’t know what flosstube was, but liked your video, so I continued to watch you. Thanks to your videos I started stitching again. It really helped me through the pandemic.
    Thank you! ❤

  5. Yippee!!! Your plans sound great now. Yes, all the challenges can be suuuper fun, but at some point I always start feeling like it is too much. In the middle of last month I had to give up on any challenge stitching. I have since just stitched what I want and however long I want. It has been so great and so enjoyable. Can’t wait to see the progress on your wips (and mine!) next year.

  6. Plans are hard. One thing I was thinking wile watching you stitch with me was, perhaps setting goals for the year for each of the project you want to see progress on. That's my plan anyway. To do 2000 stitches on all my full coverage over 2023, and other milestones like certain motifs or pages on my non PK/non full coverage patterns. I will try and achieve at least one each of full coverage and non full coverage goals before starting anything new but we will see how that goes lol.

  7. Hi Sarah love the plans they sound great .very excited to have won Prim 😊 I never win anything so I was shocked I have sent an email 😊 looking forward to your next video .I find it hard to get a plan together but I’m about to finish my current full coverage today so will have to get a plan together as there are several I want to start next 😂xx

  8. You're so organised! I don't think I can do what you easily do, that is following a plan or structure in yoir stitching. You even plan for the year in advance. Guess I'm truly a SWIWWIW type of stitcher. And I don't even stitch every single day like you do. I admire what you do and if I were as "disciplined" as you, I'd be having more finishes than I usually have. Like you, I love starting projects. But I also love finishing them. So I limit the number of WIPs I have. I have lots of FOs but not a lot of FFOs. Thanks for sharing your plans. They are inspirational I think. Enjoy your stitching journey and goodluck in fulfilling your plans. Stay safe Sarah 💕

  9. Wow!! Your plans are so detailed and very specific to your stitching genre. I love that you included new starts because that's always good idea. 😊

  10. It's interesting how we are all created so differently. I would feel tremendous stress if I had a lot of WIPs. And all the challenges would stress me too. I recently felt rushed to finish a piece for my daughter-in-laws birthday and kind of felt like it took some of the joy out of the stitching for me. So for now I am going to work on pieces that don't have a deadline.

  11. So glad you have found your new plan! I agree that some of those “smaller” pieces can wait. It seems that you like them a lot but don’t “love” them. They are a good category for the “finish two – start one” rule.
It’s fun to watch such an organized stitcher 😊♥️

  12. Hi Sarah

I love all of your WIPS – I still miss Dragon Ride though. You are making great Progress on them.

Your Plans sounds great for next year.

I don’t really make any plans – I stitch on what I want when I want to. Although there are two projects that I would like to finish this year – whether or not they will get finish I do not know.

    Take Care & Happy Stitching

    ❤️🤗🧵

  13. Love seeing your progress, but I would be overwhelmed by the full coverage ones. You are a wiz at them though. Big 2023 plans. Good video. Thank you.

  14. I need to start thinking about my plan of attack for 2023 too! I like this “snowball method” of getting things done!

  15. I totally get where you are coming from. While most of my projects aren’t as big as yours I seem to be adding more and finishing less 😂.

  16. I love listening to your plans. I have been inspired and encouraged in my own stitching by listening to you work through your plans outloud. This time I had an idea. It could help you or not, but I wanted to share it. With all your data I am pretty sure you track the percent completed on all your pieces. But how do these percentages relate to the age of your pieces. If your older ones are not progressing towards finishes as quickly as the newly started pieces then you may be feeling a larger pressure from having so many wips. I know you mostly touch all your Wips through the year but maybe not to the same degree. What I am trying to say is the age of the project needs to weigh in as much as the size or percent to finish. Without this part of the equation the older ones will never make it to the finish line. They are not the new shiny pieces but I think the sense of accomplishment they could bring you will be a great motivator and end up benefiting all your stitching. Consider making age a future factor in your planning. Or not, just a light bulb moment from me. Thanks again.

  17. Knitting Woman is looking fantastic! Glad that the cat finally has a face. Your plans sound just right, and suited to the way you like to stitch. Another great visit with you.

  18. Sarah, why not work on Bear Time Story for your son the same way you did Knitting Woman for your mother? Make your deadline for two years and cut the daily stitches in half on his. Just a thought. Thank you for all you do for us.

  19. I really like your new rotation. I have been thinking about a 2 day rotation, because I lose interest after a couple of days.

  20. Yay I'm glad you figured out the key to your 2023 plans! I have Sunny Birds too, it's one of my favourite full coverage designs and I'm finally going to start it in December for my birthday. You are right it's sooooo pretty! So when you do start it let me know and I'll pull mine out to stitch with you 🙂

  21. I'm enjoying seeing everyone begin to plan for next year. I graduate in May, so I'm just looking forward to stitching after that. I'll save the planning until next year :).

  22. Ashley's Roses has been my unicorn chart, however I haven't been able to find her under $90 and not in the US which is out of my budget. If you have any suggestions on where to look for a reasonable price….. anyway, thank you for your time and sharing your beautiful stitching.

  23. Thanks for sharing your plans. It has given me some thoughts for my own. My first order of business is to go through everything and figure out how much I have left to finish. I hadn't thought of that. Have a great week.

  24. I like watching wip or new start parades.i wished I was more organized like you for next year. I have good intentions but fall when I'm reminded of new starts I want lol Happy Stitching! Thank you.

  25. Love your progress on your wips. Glad you found your plans. I will do WIPGO and the monthly magazine challenges next year. They both keep me motivated and if time permits I will work on any of my many wips. Happy stitching!

  26. I’m just amazed at all the things you get done with a busy family. So what do you do with all the finished pieces? I’ve always been curious to know especially when their are a lot of WIPS. Thank you for sharing all you do and explaining your goals. Gives me incentive to carry on😊

  27. Yahoo! So happy I won. Thank you for all you do. I did send you an email. I am super excited to see your new chart that you are creating. I look forward to that. Your 2023 plans sound smart. Great plans.

  28. Glad you got your plan for next year figured out. Still working on mine. But you have given me some things to think about. Have a good week.
