Randys First Coues BUCK! | Two Bucks Down! (FT S9 EP.10 )

Randy has spent plenty of time in Arizona, but he has never been able to come home with a Coues deer. He and Marcus both have rifle tags this time, hopefully making it easier to level the playing field with this desert ghost. After a long season dealing with disruptions from the pandemic, both Marcus and Randy are excited for warm Arizona weather and hopefully two good shots at Coues deer bucks.

  1. Started hunting coues in AZ as a nonresident in 1996. Still doing it today. Coues hunting is addicting. Always my favorite hunt of the year. Had a few nighttime run-in’s with lions myself. Closest was about 10 yards while packing out a buck.

  2. Isn't this a re made re run ? Seems like I watched this before but its different. But it's still good.

  3. I watch this channel because of Randy, I don't watch it when it is the other guys, it's not as good a show in my opinion.
Getting to see the momma mountain lion and cubs, that would make the whole trip worthwhile. After seeing that I would not care if I got a deer. A truly once in a lifetime experience.

  4. Looks like your riding in style
    Like a funeral
    A course deer funeral 🤣

  5. Congrats gents on two nice bucks! I like the webbing of Marcus’s buck that’s neat!

  6. I have no idea where I fall on the "Kooz" "Cows" debate. All I know is that the biggest thing I've learned from watching "Fresh Tracks" is that 1) a clean miss is a LOT better than a BAD hit and 2) Always make a clean, ethical kill. Randy, ya did both. Don't be too hard on yourself. The clean miss is MUCH better than a bad hit on a deer that small in country that BIG. and 2) your second shot was perfect. Did Marcus shoot that deer in the neck? Nice shot!

  7. Another great video Randy! Been watch you from the start and every video is like watch a kid in a candy store!

  8. Deer or no deer, that mountain lion with the little ones would have made the trip 100% worth it by itself. Very cool!

  9. Thank you for sharing this hunt. Congratulations Randy and Marcus, Thanks for allowing us to tag along with you on all your adventures. I sure enjoy all the different ways you take us into God's Great Outdoors

  10. This is like a condensed version of the usual 3-4 parts series.. Randy got his deer in about 8 hours and Marcus got his in 2 hours, verses the usual; same number of days for each 🙂
