Nice haul
Wonderful haul. Makes me want to get a jumpstart on my planting for this coming month. The elephant ears looks like the dasheen Bush plant that we eat. It is usually grown in water. The green top we make callaloo soup with it and the bottom part we boil and cook with salted cod, stewed chicken and many other things.
That tomato tower is pretty cool.
