Wow your green manure is really big. I am just starting to sow mine. Best gardening wishes Malgosia and Nigel ๐ฑ๐๐ฑ
So happy to see you even though it's very quiet you still got the job done and your cover crop sure did take off
Thank you. I've often wondered how people dig it in all the time but covering it makes it much easier.
Hi Terry when did you sow them? Mine have just germinated! I didn't sow beans tho a mixture of phycelia, Italian tetraploid ryegrass, rye, vetch and field pea. I only got 2 field peas as rodents got the rest. I. Doing ok for compost and vermicompost!๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐
They grew well Terry, such a worth while job, plus zero weeding, not that have many anyways !!
How are the Pea Terrain peas doing ?
Great to see ya back and hope you get the mic figured soon !!
Have a great week Terry!!
Cheers Jason and Colleen ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ
Nice job done Mr. Terry. Hated you lost sound. Stay safe and have a great week!

Hi Terry cover crop looks great,I know the feeling all to well with the microphone I've lost so many videos because of my one I not going to bother with it now
๐จ๐ฆโค๏ธ๐ฌ๐งThe quiet is different and Refreshing too! Thanks for this Terry!
Hi Terry, don't worry, after all they do say: actions speaks louder than words' all the best, John, Hampshire, UK
Say no more.๐
Haha, Terry, you need a black bowler & jacket, a wee mustache , and everything running double time to piano music…
it's Gremlins all righty, don't ever feed them ๐พ
Neighbours chopped down their trees on the west side of my grow space, resulting in more evaporation. Next year I will plant my french pole beans on the west side as an afternoon shade provider. Until this year I allowed volunteer sunflowers in my raised beds. From now on I will remove them: they need a lot of water and on top of that they exude growth inhibitors crippling down the other plants. I will no longer sift my compost and only remove the most chunkiest pieces, so it can better perform as a moist retention mulch and weed suppressor. Did not need to water the comfrey: apparently their deep root system kept them well provided. Had the potatoes in raised beds covered with 10 cm of hay like stuff, they did not need a lot of water. In general I had to double the amount of watering: at the end of summer my rainwater harvested in IBC totes ran out and had to rely on municipal water.
A great visual video Terry that chop and drop will keep the worms happy over winter. Thanks Terry and take care
your deep beds are a superb height. it doesnt take much thinking about. i would definately benefit by having my own……………..brian
I know you didn't do this on purpose but wouldn't it be funny if you were dressed as Charlie Chaplin and filmed it faster..๐คฃ๐๐คฃ๐.
Sorry, I have a really strange sense of humour sometimes ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ
Hi Terry they grew really well and going to pay big dividend next season. Keep safe Bill and val
Some plants will be benefiting from all this green manure
