Greetings from the other side of Sacramento County, where the foxtails get 6ft tall, grow on top of each other, and you need a chain saw to take them down. 😉 After spending a couple thousand dollars on foxtail extractions last year for the dogs – I just bought a tiller a few days ago. This year, I'm bringing heavy artillery to the fight. They're close to a foot tall this year already, but haven't seeded yet, so now's the time. Even with a little electric tiller, I turned over half the yard, about 3000 sqft so far, in ten minutes of zero work. Wow. Every little electric tiller (not like your gorgeous machine!) is the cost of a single vet visit.
After that's all tilled under, I'm going to lay down heavy woven black weed block fabric. Then spray the borders with white vinegar and dishsoap. Soften 'em up with heavy artillery, deploy the chemical weapons, then blot-out the sun. I'm in it to win it! 😉

Hi Patrick!
Can I ask your tiller's brand and model?
Thanks
