So many fabulous ideas ! I can't get over how many different mushrooms etc. were found in one area. We are rototilling our vegetable garden area now before frost hits our area. NE Kansas, US. I look forward to seeing all you do with that area. !
Dave, I’d look into the acorn coffee more before trying to make it because acorns as the come are poisonous and you need to remove the tannings I believe before you can use them for food. They looked at using acorns as a food on Ray Mears Wild Food. Might be worth a watch. What a diverse amount of mushrooms. Its really exciting watching what you guys are doing there. Nice one mate.
