Hi, Jenn! Firstly, ballet bun beautiful today!
We used the Touring Plans room request feature this time, and it worked very well! We received our preferred room two out of three requests (we had a triple split stay) in late Sept/early Oct at Grand Floridian and Animal Kingdom Jambo.
One time last year we requested a room through our travel agent and got sorta our preference (same area, wrong floor)…a victim of saying no ground floor and indeed given ground floor…hahaha.

Jen, thank you for this video. Very helpful. Yes I have made requests at the Boardwalk, Vero beach and Aulani. As you said in your video it is inconsistent but more successful than not in our experience. (DVC members since 2001) our biggest problem is remembering what rooms we want – operator error. 🙂
