I just moved apt yesterday. When I finished I woke up after 15 hours of sleep and too sore to move. Avoiding having to arrange furniture and unpack and found your video! Sneak peaks of your house looks amazing and def inspiring me to get to it. Even if my forearms still feel like hell

The pecan sap is actually aphid poo. I learned that this year. My pecans never had this issue this bad.

I think you should make a series where you show the upgrades you make to the house on Shelby's main channel, so that you can show people tricks to make a house more environmentally friendly one thing at a time, like you have an episode about lighting, one about water usage, one about the bathroom, one about utilities, one about the garden, etc etc….
I think that would be a good way to show that you can turn a normal house into a more sustainable one pretty easily thanks to doing one easy thing then another and another until you significantly reduced the environmental impact of your house ☺️

I went into a hardwares store where I stared at the power tool wall for months because I wanted some tools and walked out with nothing cause I didn't know which one was best and no one helped me .. it was a small store . finally got a guy to "help " asked him what was the best most durable brand, he said he didn't know .. another customer, a guy asked the hardware store guy for help and without saying that he'd come back to help me and without excusing himself the hardware store guy went and left me to help this guy and never came back. I went to leave and another guy came to ask me if i needed help said I was on my out empty handed without a power tool because I was overwhelmed and the store associate was not helpful. didn't know anything .. turned out to be the manager and he asked me who it was gave him a brief description of the dude. I hope that guy got fired. Never went back to that store. I wish more women worked at hardware stores who are handy cause the times i've been helped out by a women I got exactly what I needed or got helped instead of aimlessly wandering . Thank goodness for the nice ladies at my Local Harbor and Freight and ACE !
