  1. You guys have repeatedly given me the confidence to charge the rates necessary for growth and profit 📈 ✨️ 👌
It's like a rolling snowball, picking up momentum with the RIGHT client base!

  2. I raised prices this year on nearly all of my clients. Only one bailed and he complained about the old price. Ex pro football player too!
Also try trading accounts with lawn services that work on the edges of your area to build route density.

  3. Thanks for this video, I have not raised my prices at all this year but I'm going to for next year because how everything has gone up so I have to but I have been scared so it help hearing Brian thank you both you both help me out a lot!!

  4. Great video, the real takeaway here is not the route density as that is pretty obvious. The key as to why Brian is so successful is that he spent year after year grinding away with great service and kept after it. Most people want the good life after half assing it for a year or 2 and close up shop.

  5. I can go reset a GFI in 10 seconds plus drive time charge my client $300 bucks for the call… it’s knowledge is power

  6. Returns all your calls,Show up when you say you will,Give great customer service and do your job.thats what it takes.Customers will follow.oh yea Be honest and NEVER rip them off for GREED

  7. Keith and Brian, you boys use Jobber, and I just got on it and Im totally loving it. Question, Keeping that card on file or allowing your customers to pay online, obviously hits us with a transaction fee for each client, which adds up. Do you "bake" that upcharge as a cost of doing business in their quoted pricing, or do you separately charge it out as a "convenience fee" on their invoice as a line item? Enjoy Expo btw, Im bummed I couldnt make it, but this is Year 2 of my side hustle landscape business and I have some big marketing moves I need to work through for 2023 full launch so i need every penny in my account!

  8. I don’t think anyone appreciates this video more then me…. To see both of you in the same video is actually epic in my eyes.
I’ve been watching both of you guys for the last while and have actually started my own lawn care back in April, which I started watching your videos. You have both been my main sources of advice in lawn care… literally just you 2. Keep it up guys I appreciate all you do, and the time you spend to help the guys at the bottom find their way! Mentally and physically

  9. No jobber no marketing just mowing 150 yards a week and growing by word of mouth. Route density is key. Also I tell my guys the two things people really want in lawn care is consistent and communication. That and a fair price. We have true postage stamp lawns anywhere from 1500k to 5000k. We push 30 plus a day with a price point from 30 to 50. Commerce City Co come out and see us anytime Keith or Brian

  10. Is John deer a good mower to use as a mower and what is the difference between the zero turn mowers and a John deer
