    Within the first 5 seconds, I fell in love with this!! I first thought it was the koto playing. Its so incredibly deep and soul-stirring. Since it said Japanese I was glad to think it was Koto, then I found that its the Guzheng (A Chinese instrument). I'm glad I got to learn something new. The background pic makes this even better. I'm so in love with this!! Feel like I was part of this culture in my past life and I get a feeling of nostalgia. Thankyou for posting this.

    I think i have noticed this during my extensive listening of both chinese and japanese traditional music : they have two different sets of notes. Chinese music is very very good, but it doesnt really ever reach the notes that trigger my ears ahaha it leaves me kind of unsatisfied in the long run. Both are incredible to hear anyways.🎉

    When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.
