  1. Very enjoyable to watch and learn so many beautiful planting ideas. Love your beautiful garden. Thank you so much for sharing the beauty with us. Love Tamson ♥️ 🙋😇

  2. We had a green striped swallowtail caterpillar in my parsley. We ended up bringing "her" in… to feed her in a 1/2 gallon jar and watch her change. She did. My FB friends enjoyed me sharing her transformation. When she emerged from her chrysalis… we put her back in the same parsley plant (i hoped would imprint on her) for her to dry her wings and fly away. Well….2 weeks later… we have 6 more ….. "6" of her babies!!! Various sizes … some of them rode in on parsley i clipped to feed the older siblings. So….we needed a bigger boat…lol … a 1 gallon jar… They are so beautiful and we are enjoying gardening and nature like never before. Should you find a caterpillar… bring it in and enjoy the show. Such a gift.

  3. Thanks for sharing your wisdom! I have followed you instructions and am growing with feed in place containers!

  4. Wow! Robbie you make container gardening look and sound possible and maybe even easier than I thought. You have a super deck garden. So many different plants. The purslane is beautiful, such large leaves. It comes up wild almost anyplace here, but I have never seen leaves that large. What is moringa? And berries on a spinach plant! That’s a new one for me. I’m happy the caterpillars survived; they are beautiful. Thanks so much Robbie, you are a joy. Blessings

  6. Oh my goodness! I am so amazed with you garden ideas but the nature is an added bonus! That swallow tail piller is so adorable!! 🌿🐛🦋🌿

  7. Do you do Hugel kulture at all. I am starting my garden with the large containers also but I put large limbs and branches on the bottom, the leaves, ash, wood chips then the garden soil.

  8. Is there a reason your pots have so little soil in them? Some of the containers are already shallow and then they are only filled half way with soil. I am wondering if there is a practical reason for this.

  9. Cutting and placing pieces of greenhouse plastic under your tables and plantpots will protect your wooden deck, but take care not to slip on it. Cheers.

  10. I love your composting-in-place with small containers, just so ingenious, I am going to follow your footstep & do the same in my garden, thanks so much for sharing.

  11. I love your container gardening. Where can I get those square box fence containers?

  12. WOW YOU are my Spirit Gardner! I love everything you're doing! You make it so fun and easy!
I just got started this spring. I was determined to try container gardening cuz digging, tilling, excessive watering, ETC – YOU inspire me beyond belief! Thank YOU 🌸❤🐦

  13. I really like those tall planters on legs that you have on your deck. I was thinking about something like that for mine. BTW, I found a trick to lose the slugs & hornworms. A saucer of beer near or under the plant. The CO2 attracts them & they die in it.

  14. Your channel is one of my favorites. Love your idea of composting in totes. I am in Georgia.

  15. I have a question for you Robbie, someone gave me a bag of black mulch, is this the same as the wood chips your talking about?

  16. Love the big hole you put in compost pot lid then set a plant in it. No need for an actual lid then. Brilliant. Where do you come up with these great ideas?

  18. Hello…… I have a question. I have a medium Chinese egg plant already growing. But!!! Can I dump it into a bin like u have. Or…… Should I just place the whole bucket down in the bin and just add more soil around it??? Can I also put the zucchini Squash in the bin next to the egg plant. Being that they both are in separate planters. Can They Both Be Mixed Together In The Bin. And Just Cover With More Dirt. Luv The Way Ur doing things…. ❤

  19. Kitty is so cute. Lol chewing up plants. 😆 I love your channel I have to show my mom the totes. She wastes money on all these small pots. And we have tons of these totes already.
