Wow Chris thatβs a huge harvest π. Yes I did butternut squash in poly tunnel 2 years ago with good results but this year nothing π’it was too wet earlier than too hot π₯΅. We are going to try more winter squash next season. But not bothering with corn π½ next year. Have a great weekend π safe

Some corn that's destined for the compost could also be used for corn stock! Adds great flavor to soup, chili, chowder, or creamed corn. I will often toss cobs into these things after I cut the corn off for the freezer. The leaves could also be dried to steam tamales and other things. Thank you for the video!
