Documentary of our Chinese Garlic Chives from December 17, 2016 – June 2, 2017. These are growing in several large containers because they multiply fast and can be very invasive in the garden if left alone. These hardy perennial are very easy to grow and are very low maintenance. We use these as herbal vinegars, in salads, soups, grilled meat marinade, chive kimchi, and pan-fried in buchimgae (pancake). The Garlic Chives have many health benefits as well as medicinal purposes.
