Edible Garden In January | Los Angeles

Here’s a peek at what we are growing in our edible garden in Los Angeles in mid-January. We have lots of green leafy vegetables – perfect for salad and for a pot of soup on a cold winter night, some root vegetables like potatoes, carrots and radishes, an ever-bearing blueberries and some cold-loving herbs.
