Both the houses and the back yards are WAY Too small for me. I would need 2 times that space for both my house and my back yard. I like to have room to move around in.

I also like a small backyard just enough space to have coffee and have an conversation with my wife and a small group of friends. I don't have to worry about backyard maintenace, no time for that. Hopefully my townhouse have enough space.
