I bought up big of the planting mix, compost and supwrfood while it was on special, and so glad I did. I am top dressing all the beds as I harvest. 1st lot of tomato seedlings died, due to my lack of knowledge, but the 2nd batch so far are doing well got 2-3 leaves on them. I need to fill 3 large beds with straw and soil ready for them. Love your products and videos as they help a novice like me.

Dropped in on Saturday and bought a few things. One of which was a Big Malaka. My new pride and joy 😉. Hope it does ok this year and I can save some seeds from one of the tomatoes for my in laws as well.
Also bought 6 bags of planting mix. Here’s a tip…..buy the planting mix last and then head home. Ha ha. I bought it first (because I did not want to miss out on the Big Malaka) then travelled around Melbourne doing a few things. A few hours later I headed home to Macedon Ranges. 😂😂😂😂 the car is still airing out!!!! That stuff must be good for the plants…..by gee it stunk. In a good way. A garden way!!!!

I have snails in a raised garden bed attacking my lettuce. I've put coffee ground in this garden bed , fingers crossed it works!
We are so lucky haven’t seen a snail on our property in years, must be all the blue tongues 😂
