  1. Thanks for the vid. Is this black pipe ground frost resistant or resistant to the water freezing?

  2. NEVER EVER screw you fittings like this or they will break in 2 years tops, the tightness of the fittings should not make it waterproof but the teflon tape, this is how you get the tap facing whichever way you want it and you never thighten the fittings like a 200 pund gorilla, never use the fittings without teflon tape, hemp fiber etc.

  3. Hi kris great vid where did you purchase the pipe & fittings? I’m liking the black has it blends into garden unlike the blue pipe.

  4. Hello, I am very new to this water research. I want to have water supply to my log cabin 25 meters from my house for tea and washing up. Can I attach a water distributor to my outside tap (so I can still use the garden hose) and use mdpe pipe? Is there anything else I would need?

  5. Very useful. Is the Plasson coupling and stop tap to the copper pipe coming out of the wall all one unit and where might I purchase the whole unit? Item reference if there is one?

  6. Great video. Please be aware that the bamboo you have planted in the ground will take over the property, it's like knotweed.

  7. Good video and helpful for my project. Many thanks! Something to note, Loctite do a locking pfte type tape that allows the tap to sit at any angle – check it out!

  8. Great video ! Very well explained. Gives me confidence to try and setup an extension in my garden. I like to add this setup but a water butt as source. Is that doable please?

  9. What do you call that brass compression elbow that you use for your mdpe and where did you bought it?

  10. kris i really like that set up so im going to do the same. what was the thickness of your pipe in mm?
